Our products, activity kits, and Tivi Tray materials are intended for children within the stated age ranges and are designed to be used with adult supervision. Some items contain small parts or materials that may pose a choking or other hazard to young children. Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing age guidance, allergen and material information, and supervising children during use. Tivi Way is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow product instructions and age recommendations.

3. In-person activities
Participation in our in-store play, workshops, classes, events, parties, and space rentals is subject to a separate waiver and the rules posted at our location. Use of our physical space and participation in any activity is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tivi Way and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of or related to your use of the Site, our products, or our services.
