Shipping policy
All internet orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that pre-order items and purchase orders may take longer. Separate communication regarding pre-orders and purchase orders will be communicated via email.
Please note that orders may take longer to receive during the Holiday season due to an increase in volume and shipping delays.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is based on weight and location within the United States.
For purchase orders, please reach out to info@tivitray.com for a shipping quote prior to placing your order.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. Shipping is based on weight and location. Contact tivitrayllc@gmail.com for shipping rates or any other questions related to shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. For pre-order items tracking will become available when the item is shipped.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see the refund policy for more details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tivitray.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tivi Tray, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the package carrier if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
